1. How can I get curl definition?

There are so many different textures and curl patterns; it’s important to be realistic about what curl definition looks like for your hair. Focusing on naturally moisturizing ingredients like aloe vera and flaxseed are great ways to get your curls to pop!

2. Which natural hair products should I be using?

The products within your natural hair routine should support the health of your hair. The balance of moisture and protein will vary from one person to the next. I recommend paying close attention to the ingredients of your products to see what your hair agrees with and to use that as a guide when switching and adding products to your routine. 3. What are some things I can do for hair growth?

The easiest thing I recommend for hair growth our scalp massages. They're easy, quick, and help Stimulate circulation directly to the hair follicles. 4. Do you have any suggestions for scalp irritation?

An irritated scalp could be the result of a pH imbalance of the scalp. A few natural ingredients that have helped me out are aloe vera gel, apple cider vinegar, and clay. I incorporated them either as a pre-shampoo treatment, rinse, or mask treatment.


5. How do I keep my natural hair moisturized?

How your hair retains moisture has a lot to do with your hair's porosity. Generally speaking, you should be moisturizing and locking in moisture using the LOC method( or a variation).
